Our Products

We specialise in reprocessing of blow grade HDPE waste generated by industry to manufacture quality reprocessed plastic Granules which can be used for any below from moulded products like packaging material, pipes for agricultural use and any other products. We maintain MFI density & elongation as per requirement of customer. The details of major products in this category are:

Reprocessed HDPE Granules (Natural)

This is semi -virgin quality in natural colour & can be used for any application in lieu of virgin material.

Reprocessed HDPE Granules (Blue)

Owing to our advanced reprocessing technique we are offering an excellent quality of blue Granules.Our granules are moisture free, controlled MFI,low density and good elongation. These are Suitable for manufacturing HDPE containers, barrels and pipes.

Reprocessed HDPE Granules (Black)

We manufacture Black Granules of two qualities viz;
1. By reprocessing of locally available blow grade waste .This quality is of High MFI of upto 2& suitable for mixing small quantities in HDPE Pipe or any small article.
2. By reprocessing P - 100 scrap both indigenous& imported with MFI <0.4. This material is of excellent quality and widely used for manufacture of black HDPE pipes.

Manganese Dioxide (MnO2) with Acidic PH

We have the facility to manufacture manganese dioxide through chemical reaction process for various industrial application .Presently we are manufacturing
Assay - 87%,
bulk density - 0.30,
PH- 5-6

Manganese Dioxide with basic PH

We have the facility to manufacture manganese dioxide through chemical reaction process for various industrial application .Presently we are manufacturing
Assay – Higher than 72 % ,
PH- 9-11 ,
This is Suitable for Polysulphide sealants.
